The finer details
Your wedding photography is an investment in the memories you’ll carry for a lifetime. To make the booking experience seamless, every collection includes a structured payment schedule designed with flexibility in mind.
A signed agreement and 30% booking retainer secure your date. The remaining balance is divided into required monthly installments, and you’re always welcome to make additional payments or pay your balance in full ahead of schedule without penalty.
A five-calendar-day grace period is provided for monthly installments. A one-time $25 late fee may apply to an installment that remains unpaid after that period, as outlined in your signed agreement.
Final payment is due seven calendar days before your wedding.
Cancellations & Retainers
Booking retainers are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and the terms of your agreement. In the event of cancellation, completed services may also be accounted for as outlined in your contract. Any applicable refund will be determined according to those terms.
